After installing DNS in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2
then go to Administrative Tools>DNS
I had this error message C:\WINDOWS\system32\dnsmgmt.msc Access is denied
Wew... What's wrong with the installation...
Obviously this error happen to Event Viewer, ODBC, Active Directory, and the other service too...

Well trying to search arround and I had fix the problem
This happen because the extension .msc wasn't associated with mmc.exe

here were the step :
1. Go to .msc file such as dnsmgmt.msc
it's located at C:\WINDOWS\system32\dnsmgmt.msc

2. Right click the .msc file and select properties
then click change (open with "Unknown application" )
Browse go to "c:\windows\system32\mmc.exe" click open than OK.

3. Close the properties dialog, and the problem Solved.
